Robert has over 20 years of experience. His commitment on and off the ice has led to many players  recognizing
their potential  at a competitive  level, making various opportunities available to them.
 
Robert's goal is to improve on the assets and skills that each team member brings to the game. He believes that with teamwork, players grow together and thus reach a peak of excellence in every season they play.
 
Robert's philosophy for success in any sport is to love the game, each and every aspect of it; the result of working hard, both on and off the ice, will create a fun and a thriving season.
